Project Manager (Permanent, Full time 37 hours per week) / £35,000 – £45,000 p.a.

We are seeking two Project Managers who can hit the ground running whilst embodying the Delt values. You’ll play an instrumental role in supporting our customers and shareholders whilst being given plenty of opportunity to better your skillset and take on new challenges through our dedication to employee development.
The Delt Project Management Office is committed to delivering a wide range of business change and transformation projects for our main clients, Plymouth City Council and Devon Clinical Care Commissioning Group, and to our many commercial customers. Our projects are predominately IT related, but we are looking to do much more general project management in the future.
To achieve this, we need an accomplished Project Manager with extensive experience of delivering complex projects successfully. You must be based in the UK, able to simultaneously plan and deliver several small, medium and large projects of varying degrees of complexity quickly, efficiently and with limited mentoring from day 1. Experience of managing complex projects of any sort, excellent communications skills, the capability and confidence to be able to work with senior customers and a proven ability to operate as part of a large team are essential qualities. An IT background would be useful.
