Service Desk Technician, 37 hours per week, permanent, £22,000 – £24,000 p.a. plus performance bonus
Through our teams of dedicated people, Delt supports more than 900,000 people across the Southwest. Our support services aid GPs, children’s social care, local councils, and many other critical services. We’re growing and we need an Service Desk Technician to help us help our customers.

This role will is varied and will consist of some of the following:
- Starter, mover, leavers (new starter accounts for new joiners to customer companies as well as any changes to user profiles, and deletion when they leave).
- Application access (adding users to known software)
- Licence admin (apply software licenses, harvesting unused ones too)
- Shared drive/folder access
- MS Teams account creation, administrate new MS teams chats, maintain/remove accounts.
It is important that you have good communication skills and be able to think outside the box, offering solutions to diverse challenges faced by customers or colleagues.
Are You:
- a proficient user in a range of Microsoft packages?
- Committed to providing excellent customer service?
Do You:
- Have experience working in a 1st/2nd line support role or have experience in a customer facing role?
It is also ideal if you have the following qualifications (though not essential as training can be provided):
- ITIL foundation qualification
- Service Desk Institute Analyst Certificate
- Microsoft Certified qualification
