Project Manager (Full time 37 hours per week, 24-month fixed term contract) / £45,000 – £50,000 p.a.

The Delt Project Management Office is committed to delivering a wide range of business change and transformation projects. We are providing focussed project management support to the NHS Devon Integrated Care Board and need an accomplished Project Manager to work exclusively on NHS projects. To be effective in this role you must have extensive experience of delivering complex projects; interacting with senior stakeholders; working at pace; working closely with a large and complex stakeholder community with limited mentoring from day 1. You will be a confident communicator verbally and on paper. An IT background would be useful but is not essential. Experience of working with the NHS would be beneficial. Government sector experience is very important.
This role is offered on a fixed term contract for 24 months.
Most of our work is delivered to customers in Plymouth and Devon. Whilst this role offers hybrid working project managers must be able to react to customers’ needs, which may mean attending our Plymouth office or to visit a site at short notice (less than 12 hours). Candidates should consider whether they would be able to satisfy this commitment before making an application.
