HR Systems Implementation Analyst, 37 hours per week, 12-month Fixed Term Contract, up to £30,000 p.a.

With this in mind, we are seeking a talented individual to join our project team for a 12-month fixed-term (FTC) position as our HR System Implementation Analyst, driving the successful implementation of a cutting-edge HCM system that will service both Delt and our partner organisations.

Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR Subject Matter Experts to design, configure, and test processes for seamless system integration
- Ensure the quality of HR data meets business requirements through meticulous analysis and stakeholder engagement
- Create streamlined workflow process maps to minimise change requirements and maximise efficiency
- Lead HR data analysis and migration efforts, ensuring smooth transition from old to new systems
- Provide hands-on support to a team of HR Systems Analysts in system configuration and testing
- Update procedures and maintain accurate technical documentation to uphold professional standards
- Act as a point of contact for issue resolution and feedback, ensuring exceptional customer service
This opportunity is expected to commence around mid-April (although could be sooner) and is an amazing opportunity for someone who fulfils some (or all) of the below:
Requirements:
- Proven technical expertise in HR solution design, configuration, and data management.
- Advanced proficiency in IT, with expert-level skills in Excel and data reporting tools
- Familiarity with data processing compliance, including GDPR and Freedom of Information Acts
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex information
- Excellent organisational and time management skills to meet challenging deadlines effectively
