We’re recruiting for an Estates Administrator 32 hours per week to support our Education Estates Management function. You will help support a dedicated team who deliver maintenance, cleaning and catering services to our Trust customers, but we also have aspirations and interest in growing this service to help more schools do amazing things.

Our Estates Administrator will provide a high level of administrative and day to day operational support to the Head of Estates, Operations Manager and Catering manager in addition to supporting the wider Estates Team.
Responsibilities include but not restricted to the capture, monitoring and audits of legislative compliance information for Transforming Futures Trust estate.  Provide a ‘first contact’ between school bases and the Estates Team with regards to reactive maintenance, Health and Safety and compliance matters, preparing invoices for payment and compliance and asset management support. The service comprises of Caretaking, Cleaning, Catering, Fleet Management and Health & Safety functions, meaning there’s never a dull day.

You will develop an expert level of knowledge of Estates administration focussed on the Education Sector.
You will be working to our company objectives and values, delivering maximum value for company resources, liaising with finance and technical colleagues to deliver a service that helps our customers do amazing things.
