Delt Shared Services ranked third in the UK’s Most Loved workplaces 2025/26
Plymouth, UK
We have once again been recognised among the UK’s leading employers, achieving our highest-ever position in Newsweek’s UK Most Loved Workplaces rankings.
Having placed 9th in 2023 and 6th in 2024, we have now climbed to 3rd place nationally for 2025/2026, marking another significant milestone in our journey to create an exceptional workplace culture.
The ranking, published by Newsweek and backed by research from the Best Practice Institute (BPI), recognises organisations where employees feel valued, respected, supported and connected to their workplace.
This latest achievement places us among the best employers in the country and reflects the continued commitment to putting people at the heart of the organisation.
Giles Letheren, CEO at Delt, said:
“To be recognised as the third Most Loved workplace in the UK is a fantastic achievement and one that every member of the Delt team should be proud of.”
“What’s particularly special about this recognition is that it reflects how our people feel about working here. Over the years, we’ve worked hard to build a culture where colleagues feel supported and connected to our purpose, and seeing our ranking continue to improve is a testament to that effort.”
“We’ve always believed that when people enjoy coming to work and feel valued for what they do, they deliver great outcomes for our customers and help our partners achieve amazing things. This recognition reinforces the strength of our culture and inspires us to keep building on what makes Delt such a great place to work.”
Jane White, Chief People and Culture Officer, added:
“Moving from 9th to 6th and now 3rd demonstrates the consistency of our commitment to listening to our people and acting on their feedback.”
“We’re incredibly proud of the culture we’ve built together. While awards like this are wonderful recognition, what matters most is staff have a voice in creating an environment where colleagues can thrive, develop their careers, support one another and feel a genuine sense of belonging.”
