Cyber Threat Modelling Workshop for Plymouth Active Leisure

Delt recently delivered a Cyber Threat Modelling Workshop for Plymouth Active Leisure at the iconic Tinside Lido, working in partnership with Plymouth City Council and Reliance Cyber.

The Challenge

With cyber crime continuing to evolve, organisations providing vital public services face increasing risk. A single click can lead to disruption, making proactive planning and risk identification essential.

Our Approach

Delt designed and facilitated a structured workshop to help Plymouth Active Leisure assess potential threats in a practical, proportionate way.

The session focused on:

  • Understanding emerging cyber threats

  • Identifying potential vulnerabilities across systems and processes

  • Agreeing realistic steps to strengthen protection for systems, colleagues, and service users

By bringing together key stakeholders, the workshop created space for open discussion, shared insight, and collaborative problem-solving.

The Outcome

The workshop reinforced the importance of proactive planning and shared knowledge in strengthening resilience. By working together, partners were able to identify clear actions and next steps, helping ensure Plymouth Active Leisure is well positioned to manage evolving cyber risks.

Thank you to everyone involved for their engagement and contribution to a productive and valuable session.
