Our Board of Directors comprises executive, non-executive and independent non-executive directors.

We are proud that it has from the start included a director elected from and by Delt’s staff. In addition, the board includes shareholder representative directors, such shareholders also being the major customers.

Our Board acts on behalf of our shareholders to set the strategic direction of the company, monitor performance, constructively challenge the executive team as well as providing professional advice and guidance.
