Contract: 6-Month Fixed Term

Are you passionate about HR and Payroll systems and looking for an opportunity to make a significant impact? Join our dynamic project team at Delt, where you’ll play a pivotal role in implementing a cutting-edge HR and Payroll system that will serve both Delt and our partner organisations.

About the Role:
As part of a 6-month project, you’ll be providing essential support for the successful implementation of our new HR/Payroll system. Working closely with the HCM Programme team, you’ll help with process mapping, system testing, and quality assurance. You will also engage in user acceptance testing, working from the perspective of an end-user to ensure all processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of the project plan and system testing.
  • Assist with Payroll testing throughout Parallel Running, including daily report extraction and quality assurance.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for both Phase 1 and Phase 2 modules, including Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Reviews, Learning and Development, and more.
  • Produce, review, and update procedures and technical documentation to ensure accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet customer-specific UAT testing needs.
  • Ensure compliance with data processing regulations, maintaining confidentiality and security standards.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience working with IT systems, ideally supporting an implementation programme.
  • High IT literacy, including proficiency in MS Excel and MS Teams.
  • Ability to run reports within Core HR, extract, analyse, and interpret complex data.
  • Strong knowledge of GDPR and Freedom of Information Acts compliance.
  • Excellent planning, coordination, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage tasks under challenging deadlines.
